Messenger does not open Hotmail

I installed the XP SP2 beta on my main XP Pro (Retail) machine. When I
click e-mail in Messenger 4.7.3000, Outlook Express opens instead of my
Hotmail account.

On my other XP Pro (Retail) PC, I have not installed the SP2 beta, and
Messenger still opens Hotmail.

Question: How can I configure Messenger to open Hotmail instead of Outlook
Express on my SP2 beta PC?

Thanks

Joe

Please repost to the correct newsgroups to support the SP2 Preview as
detailed at

It's posted there on the XPSP2 General newsgroup. I got 2 responses, both
suggesting that I download MSN Messenger. Neither post addresses the
problem.

Thanks

Joe

MS disabled it:

Windows Messenger and MSN Add-ins for Windows Messenger
This note applies if you are using Windows Messenger instead of MSNŽ
Messenger.

Windows Messenger 4.7.3 is included in SP2, but it does not support MSN
add-ins for Windows Messenger. To continue to use these add-ins, you must
install and use MSN Messenger, which you can download for free at the MSN
Messenger Web site.
