memo style

's Computer Specifications

When I print a distibution list - it prints on 2 pages. Header on page 1 and
members on page 2. I have tried to change the memo style, but have had no
luck in making a change even following the directions.

Before you try to print...change the Current View (on the left) to Detailed
Address Card.....then when you go to print you have several options....I just
tried it and memo worked fine from this view.....I didn't actually print it
out, but did the print preview and all was on one page....hope this helps!!
