Master browser is stopped or forcing an election

My home network was working fine. In the past day, the
network stops letting me "see" the other computers from
my ICS server. The other computers can see each other
however. When I open the window to "View workgroup
computers" I can see the other comptuters. When I try to
access any of these computers, it tells me the cpomputer
is not accessible and I may not have permission to access
this computer..etc.

I have opened the event view and have noticed an error
that reads:
The master browser has received a server announcement
from the computer XXX that believes that it is the master
browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{2B32BAA4-
D148-479B-99FE. The master browser is stopping or an
election is being forced.

Recently Microsoft issued a security patch but a restore
to a previous condition should have resolved that I think.

HELP!!!!!!!

Go to the computer that the event viewer is showing you
that believes it is the master browser, and turn off, or
disable it from trying to force that issue........Lou

Thanks. That eliminated the Master Browser problem but I still can not
access the other computers.

Any ideas on that one?
