Mark Active Partition not available

Hi!
I have widows 2000 server with service pack 3, and linux
7.3 on single hard drive. Linux loader(LILO) write on
Linux's partition boot record. Now I want to active
Linux's partition but when I right click on Linux's
partition there is no mark active partition option. Can
you
help me?
