Manual Creation of .iaf files for Outlook 2000

I am writing a small utility program that will allow a user to type in a few
lines, then generate account settings that all users will have and then
import them into Outlook. I have figured out how to do this with Outlook
2002/2003 with .prf files and the command line switch '/importprf'. I have
also figured out how to do this with Outlook Express 6 by manually entering
registry keys.

I am not concerned with a password, only main settings so that I can fill
them in and import them. These accounts will be Internet Mail accounts only,
no Exchange. I tried the modprof.exe file with a sample .prf and modified it
every way, but couldn't get it to work on the 3 machines I tried it on.

Does anyone know how to create an .iaf file manually? I can't find any help
about this on the web.
