Mandatory profiles

Any one have any idea how to ensure each user can get
access to a wireless network (WEP key) when logging onto
laptops using XP?

Users get their profiles from a share which I have now
made roaming profile, but each user will need the WEP key
to access the network?

Any ideas besides me telling everyone the WEP key?

)

Win2000 server SP4
Clients XP
Using AD
