You would probably be better off with some direct help--either from a forum
specializing with malware removal, or, if you wish, directly from Microsoft
PSS:

free call to Microsoft PSS for issues involving security patches, virus
infections, or spyware problems. If you are elsewhere in the world, the
call may not be toll-free, but you can call the nearest number for fee-based
Microsoft support, and ask for the free help as described above.

It'll help others get the help they need sooner if you can report
positively---and critiques can also be fed back to Microsoft to improve
their processes.
