Madden 2005 and Uninstall Problems

I had Madden already installed and working on my new computer. Just today,
when I tried to run it with the disk in the appropriate drive, I received the
following message:
Could not find the necessary Uninstall file:uninst.exe. Aborting
The program will not run. I then tried to uninstall Madden from the
Add/Remove programs, and got the same message. I then deleted all of the
Madden files, and tried to reinstall, but I keep getting the same error
message above. Any ideas?
