We keep getting a 'Resources running low' message and have
to reboot the server to clear it up. Is this hardware?
It's on an old AMD 950mhz 512 MB machined. Hard drive has
plenty of free space.

Double check the size of your page file. Should be 1.5 times your RAM size. If you still get messages you can increase
the size but you should actually profile the box and its memory usage to find out what is taking all the RAM and how
much it is taking to forecast how much real physical RAM you should have. If your RAM usage is low it could be you have
an application leaking some critical system resources.
