Lost Mail

,On 12th October 2007 I was sent an 'e mail' from : no-(E-Mail Removed) to
'offside' which is my 'e mail' address, I then accidently clicked on the
button 'mark as unsafe'
and the 'e mail' was lost, I would like to know if it is possible to
retrieve this 'e mail'.
The said 'e mail' concerns a job advert.
