I cannot find my favorites! When I add a favorite place that I have had in my
file, it tells me that it is already in there but they are not showing in "My
Favorites" Where did they go. When I add one that is there it also disappears
but anything NEW shows in the file? Did I say it so you can understand what I
said?

What browser are you using? IE, AOL?

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time things
worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the malware/virus
status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what programs (and
versions) did you use to determine this?
