I have Windows XP supplied by my new Computer (Dell). I am on Cox. net as server. The e-mail has stopped although I can still get on line. A window keeps dropping for me to furnish my username and Password, although the username and password are still shown in the blanks. I followed the instructions to go to Tools and to e-mail config. I was able to provide the Pop3 info but they also need the HTMP and I don't know what to insert in that field. Can you help me?

The smtp-server is the server you sent mail through. You'll need to contact
your ISP and ask what the name of their smtp server is as it is different
for each provider.
