I want something to record when an employee logs in, and logs out.

There are a lot of free apps that sort-of do that. But, I need these
two features:

1) The login, and logout, records can not be freely editable by the
employee.

2) I need a way to insure that the employee is logging in from a
particular PC. I don't want the employee logging on from home, then
driving to work.
