My Parents are big into Jigsaw puzzles and since I'm the "Alpha Geek"
of the family, the purveyor of all things tech, they've asked me to
find one... Unfortunately the few I've downloaded and "tested" are
ether shareware, demoware, or just poorly created.

The targets, my parents in this case, are partially computer
illiterate, so the program has to some hand holding along the way. The
program needs to be able to import any picture to crate new Jigsaw
Puzzles, and a puzzle size pre-view is a must. My mother's eyes have
been going for a while now, so she finds most things on the screen are
too small to see (zoom feature?).

I do not know any that can be downloaded, however the following online site
is worth trying out:

http://jigzone.com/

There are thousands of puzzles and you have the option of the number of
pieces you want. It is fairly easy to navigate. I should know as I too am a
senior with many partially functioning parts.

They're impartial to having a "local" game. But I may be able to sell
them on the idea... They do have a High-Sheep account now.

Thanks Jean.

I downloaded and sent them a copy and they seem to like it. The only
complacent so far is the lack of a preview when ceating new puzzles.
Ma keeps making them with pieces that are too small for her to see...

I've also found that once you remove all those "demo" packs there isn't
anything left to do expect the puzzles you make. Is there a free
puzzles forum out there that I can point my parents to so they can
pick-up a few more compatible puzzles for that program, so they have to
buy the Puzzle Packs?
