I am being prompted for a Logon on User Name and Password when I start any
Access Database application. We have multiple users who access this Database
and some how the User Permission have been set. I am able to open the
Database loged in the computer as the Administrator. Once it prompts the
Logon window the User Name is already displayed & I just hit enter without
entering a password. Once I get to the User & Permissions it states that
there is not a password established for the users. When I log off
administrator and try to open the Database again the Logon prompt appears and
I hit enter, the error message says "Invalid User Name and/or Password."
Please help!!!!

The login has nothing to do with the username on the computer. Access security is separate from Windows security.

If no one intentionally set up security, then you are joined to some workgroup file that has a password set for the 'Admin' user in Access. You don't mention the version, but try the following...

Start, Search and find all *.mdw files on your computer (be sure to include hidden and system folders in the search). Rename every file that you find.

Now open Access (it'll create a pristine mdw file automatically), and then your mdb - you should get no login prompt.
