I have a client with vista and a hp laserjet 4730mfp. Each time they go to
add a printer and try to set up printer it gives them an error of need
explorer 5.5 or later to install and they do. Any ideas

Go to HP.com and get the latest driver package.

Is your client using the Vista drivers downloaded from HP's website? If
not, they need to do so. It sounds like they are using an old install CD.
