Linked Excel File runs off page, how do we fix?

A linked or embedded object, such as a spreadsheet, cannot exceed the page
in Word.

However, if you want to link a certain Excel range, you can do the
following: In Excel, copy the range; in Word, in the Paste Special dialog
box, choose "Paste link" and select "Formatted Text (RTF)" as the paste
format.
