I was putting small sound bites onto a CD. They probably
average about 50KB. So, on a 650 Meg CD+R, I should be
able to get =lots= of them on there, right? After 99
were converted, it told me the others would not fit.

Is there a 99 track limit somewhere? It was quite a
suspicious looking number.

OPkay, a little search on the web tells me that there is
a 99 track limit to audio CDs. I saw a suggestion to
making it a data CD instead, but I don't know if that
will play in my CD player. I'll let the list know.

Hello,

Data CDs won't play in a standard CD player. You could
make a MP3 CD, which will play in most CD players.
