Hi, I have installed TS on a server and am not sure of how
to setup the licensing, do I need to install TS license
manger, does the administrator need a license, how long
does TS run before it expires.

As you can see I am totally confused and need it explained
in simple terms.

Licensing depends mainly on 3 factors:

* which OS does the TS run (W2K or 2003)?
* did you install TS in Remote Administration or Application
Server mode?
* which OS do the clients run?

I'm going to assume that you run W2K on the TS.
* If you installed TS in Remote Administration mode, you do not
need a TS Licensing Server. You will have a maximum of 2
concurrent connections, by default only allowed for Administrators
(but this can be changed).
* If you installed TS in Application Server mode, you will have a
grace period of 90 days, in which the TS does not need a LS. After
that, you must install and activate a LS, which must run on the
Domain Controller if you are in a AD domain.
* If your clients run W2K Pro or XP Pro, you do not have to buy
any TS CALs. These clients get a free TS CAL from the LS.
* For all other clients, you must buy a TS CAL and install it on
the LS.

If you run 2003 on the TS: there are major differences in
licensing between W2K and 2003. Please repost if you run 2003 and
