License Warning message

We have a Windows2000 Server machine on our SBS2000
Network that is sitting on the network as a workstation.
The machine has around 5 shared drives (partitioned
volumes called E, G, H) that users access occassionally.

The machine was recently re-installed a few days ago as a
per seat licence of 5 CALs for Windows2000 Server. I have
not run DCPromo or any other program as it sits on an SBS
2000 Network.

The user keeps getting pop-up messages:

==============================================

Licence Warning
------- -------
Warning: Licence usage for a product licensed in per
server mode is nearing the maximum number of licenses
purchased. Consult the Application event log or Licence
Manager from the Administrative Tools folder for more
information.

==============================================

Previously I did something to disable this feature...but
this was about 2 years ago.

How do we get rid of this message please?

skc
