Can anyone tell me how much it costs to get a copy of windows embedded
system.
Let's say if I want to make a consumer device using XPE.Do I need one
license or I need purchase one license for each device I sell?

To get complete details, please contact a distributor

In general, you need to buy a toolkit to create your image, then buy a
license per copy of the OS image you create. If you sell 100 copies, you'd
need to buy 1 toolkit + 100 licenses.
