laptop: toshiba or thinkpad is the best choice?

Hi,
I have the opportunity to buy one of these 2 laptops at the same price,
which one do you suggest me to buy? (the price is $370 US, is it a good
price?)

-Toshiba satellite 2250XCDS celeron 600mhz, 192Mo, HD 6Go and 20Go, 13.3"
tft,
modem 56K, ethernet card, cd-rom.

-Thinkpad celeron 500Mhz, 128Mo, HD 6Go, 12.3" ttf, modem 56K, ethernet
card, "graveur",
2h battery, case.
