KWorld PVRTV 300U - No AUdio

I am trying to get a PVRTV 300U to work. I get video but no audio. I
tried two different PC with the same results. I trying to get this to
work on a WinXp Home SP 2 machine with an ECS RS482-M754 motherboard
with onboard video and audio.
I am using the drivers downloaded from the Kworld website.
