How to know why my submission failed

's Computer Specifications

I made a submission to Winqual and it failed. I have checked all over the web
site for the detail, but there was no information whatsoever which would give
some clues about why the submission failed. Can anyone tell me how to figure
it out?

I have the same problem too.
The log should meet the cataloge requirement, but just give me a report
"FAILED".
