Key to Change Folders in WinMail

I'm writing a macro that opens WinMail and then changes to another folder.

Ctr-Y works to open a Go to Folder window showing local folders. It is
collapsed. What are the keystrokes ton open that folder and then move down
to another folder below the Inbox???
