KB823718 Security Fix

Windows Update has been repeatedly loading Security Fix KB823718 on my
laptop. My laptop in Add/Remove Programs does not indicate this is loaded
but when I look at the windows Update downloaded list it shows the download
was successful.

Any suggestions?
