kb329420 for Windows Server 2003

Hi. I have Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition installed.
My problem: after renaming account name, the LookupAccountSid function still
returns the old name.
It starts to return correct names only in a few hours.
I found that this problem was in 2000th Server (kb329420), but was corrected
in SP4.
But what about Windows Server 2003?
