Anyone care to review Kaspersky's lite version of AVP. It's time
to renew my license but I see they've jumped the price up $10.00.
That, in itself, wouldn't be so bad but now the state of Washington
will also get its 8+ cents on the dollar! I was very happy with AVP
Pro, but I'm wonderin if the lite version is adequate for what I do.
I have a cable connection, and just play on the net and do e-mail.
Thanks for any pro's or con's.

In terms of scanning and real-time monitoring, it is as effective as any
other KAV product - (I.E. the best AV/AT package around; others will
certainly disagree.)

Seems a very smart way to go for a typical home user.

One other option would be to see if your license will work on KAV 3.5+

It's not a lot of money to find out if *you* think it's adequate. It's
probably quite sufficient for most home users.

Thank you all for your kind replies. I'll give the lite version a try.
