I installed K9 spam filter for someone and they want to use it somewhere
else also. But they asked me if it supports a feature I do not use on
my own computer and I can't find this information in the help files or
the K9 forum which doesn't seem to be well traveled.

In Outlook Express you can have multiple personalities. When switching
to identities that have different e-mail accounts, will K9 work for the
other account? How do you set up K9 to filter different identities that
have different e-mail accounts?

K9 supports multiple e-mail accounts easily. I use it for 6 different
e-mail accounts. Just configure the e-mail client program POP3 user account
names properly: servername/port/account.

Eric

Do you also have multiple personalities/identities or is that not even
an issue?

I don't use Outlook Express, but I think different personalities shouldn't
really matter. All that matters is making sure that all e-mail accounts
have been set up to point to K9.

Eric
