Nice board.
I'm very happy with mine.
Pros: a lot of peripheral connection possibility.
Cons: price?

I've been using it for a week or so now...

Overall... A solid board for the price/peformance/features ratio...

Has some minor quirks... but Asus have been addressing them with bios
updates..
Also has defective capacitors on some boards... Go to the forums at
amdmb.com for more details.

I noticed from this thread that you are using Crucial ram. I remember seeing
somewhere where pople were in fact having problems with Crucial ram and this
motherboard. You might like to try some other brand of ram. I'm using
Kingston and the board runs fine, not a single problem ... touch wood
