I had a strange message today that I had a virus in a certain file and
to delete it ... it said that NAV would not detect it ... it was
called jdbgmgr.exe ... is it really a virus?

no, it's a very old and well known hoax... did you trying googling for
jdbgmgr.exe?

No, it's a Windows system file. That hoax is as old as your grandmother's
underwear.
