i upgraded my itunes. now when i click on it an error message comes up and
says..itunes has encountered a problem.sorry for the inconvenience. please
tell mircosft about this problem. so, uninstalled itunes and reinstalled. i
get the same message. could this have something to do with my quicktime? i
have 2 programs of quicktime and there duplicate and there not allowing me to
run my program. how do i fix this?

I think you are posting in the wrong place. itunes and quicktime belong to
apple:
