Issue with deploying Data Access Pages

Hi,
I am connecting to a SQL Server database with a Data
Access Page which contains a Workflow Toolbar Control.
While deploying/using the data access page in client
machines, i am getting the error "Data Provider could not
be initialized" and "Login failed for user (null).
Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server
connection" on load of the page. The user who is trying
to access is a valid Active directory User who has also
been added into the SQL database users list under a
particular role. How do i resolve the problem? I have
checked out the solutions over the internet and did not
find them helpful enough. I tried to change the
UseRemoteProvider property to true and then received
the "Internet Server Error" on load of the page. However
if i load the data access page on the machine where the
SQL Server(and the Office XP developer is installed which
i used to build the workflow) exists, it is working fine.
Any help towards this would be greatly appreaciated.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks and Regards,
Vikas Haridas

As I understand it, I believe that a licensed set of the MS Office controls
(whatever it is called) must be on each client machine. A machine that has
a valid MS OFFICE installation usually already has this. I don't know the
name of the actual file set that is needed, but because of this license
issue, I kind of gave up on DAPs a while back, and never came back to it...
kind of a pain to see all this cool innovation like DAP, and then have the
"supporting legs" of the app remain a license issue. Unfortunately, MS
doesn't seem to mention the pre-requisites very much while selling the
awesome features.

Am I wrong? Did I also miss something?

Hi,
I completely agree with what u r saying. But as u have
mentioned, the office controls that u have mentioned r
installed on all the machines where i am trying to access
the data access page from as office 2003 is installed. I
feel it is a SQL server secrity problem but dont know
what it is. Any help as to why i am getting the error
mentioned below wud really be helpful.

Thanks and Regards,
