How do you guys solve IRQ conflicts?
Is it the only solution is to reposition/swapping PCI cards to different
slots?

Normally yes if ACPI is enabled on the motherboard and installed in
the O/S.
What problem/s are you having?

Actually I am having some hard time to deal with some new USB port PCI
cards but it was solved by swapping it to different slot.
Quite troublesome... (try to find a much easy way).

Supposedly, you can hard set the IRQ in the Bios PCI Setup Screen. However,
there're PCI slots that're designed to share with other devices default,
i.e. the USB root hub, slot 1/5 on some asus. Some boards do and some not.
So the best way is to read the manual and find out which is not shared, or
which is shared but not with a critical real time device.

I tend to download the mobo manual and read them before purchase. Just a
part of research.
