invitation organizer e-mail address selection?

I have sent an invitation to a meeting using Microsoft Outlook 2003. The
invitation was sent from (E-Mail Removed) on behalf of (E-Mail Removed). Since my mailbox at
a.com is dead, the attendees received a bounce "Mailbox unknown" when they
accepted. How do I make Outlook set (E-Mail Removed) as the organizer?
