Internet Free/Busy feature in Outlook 2003 - Error

Having set the free/busy options in outlook calender options as described in
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;827775

and then updating free/busy information immediately by clicking send and
recieve on the tools menu and then free/ busy information. I get this error:

"An error occurred publishing your Internet free/busy data. Write operation
failed at URL...."

Any ideas?
