How would a router help? I have a router- but that will
not solve the problem that I have- Multiple users on 1
box, logging in and sharing internet connection. IN
network, modems I cannot finf a way to share internet
connections.

A router is the best way to go, I used ICS for several months and found it unreliable. I kept phoning my provider and complaining
and they kept telling me that ICS was the problem and they were right. After switching to a router I never had a problem again.

Do you have dialup or broadband?

Ok, perhaps we have a misunderstanding. You have one computer with multiple
users? If so, how do you share the computer? Different logons? If so,
you're NOT sharing the connection. You're sharing the computer.

If you have multiple users with multiple connections, use a router for
broadband and ICS for dialup.
If I'm misunderstanding what you have exactly, please provide more detail.

Have a look at www.practicallynetworked.com and www.homenethelp.com they
both have tutorials on how to set-up connection sharing. If you have any
questions post again describing your setup and type of connection.
