Internal error 25003

I am getting an error when I attempt to install Microsoft Visual Studion .net
Enterprise Architect on my Windows XP Service Pack 2 PC. The error is
"Internal Error 25003". The caption above the progress bar is "Executing
action: RollbackRemoveShareAndPermissi"

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
