Integrated Authentication

's Computer Specifications

All of my users access Business Portal server 2.5 to input time and other
data. Integrated authentication is the authentication enabled on the site.
Lately, some, not all, users are being prompted for logon credentials when
they access the site. If they click cancel they get the following messsage:

"You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a
WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to
accept."

Apart from applying updates, nothing has changed on this server. Any ideas?
