I downloaded MySql 5.0 and it is currently in my downloads folder. Can
someone tell me if this should be installed in the Inetbub root or?? I want
to be able to use MySql in conjunction with IIS on Windows XP Pro

Ok, Thanks Tom. I have been searching Google for a couple days now and
couldn't find any help on how to do this.

The download should contain a ReadMe. If not, then you can get docs at
mysql.org.
