Hello

I would like to know if there is a Windows API which allow to install RAS on
Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. I need to install it with my
application and don't know how to do it.
I use Visual C++ to develop my application.

Thanks in advance

Alexandre

I already know how to setup a dial out connection (that's what I want to
do). But if RAS isn't installed on the computer, it's no use. Maybe RAS is
always a part of Windows 2000 and XP but it isn't in Windows 98 and NT.
So my question was: is there a way to force the installation of RAS on a
computer ?

Thanks in advance

Alexandre

I uninstalled RAS on my Windows 98 and I tried several CDs to install an
internet connection (like AOL). Most of them were able to detect RAS was
missing and to install it.
So there must be a way to do it, but it's not the one described in Q181518
which doesn't work.

Thanks in advance

Alexandre
