I acquired a document from a vendor and must make changes. Some of their
slides do not conform to our standards. How do I insert a blank title page
(our company format) without duplicating their "title slide" and format.
Also, is there a way to do it without copying and pasting our standard title
page format? Thank you for your help.

Insert your new slide. Go to the Format menu and choose Slide Design. Find
a design (possibly blank or possibly your company's) and click on the arrow
next to the picture of the design you want. Choose from that menu Apply to
selected slides.
