I deleted a file in the Inetpub/Sripts folder called
TFTP560. How do I restore it? What problems will it cause
my computer if I don't have this file?

If you do not use IIS, it is better to delete everything undes wwwroot
directory, and also to delete all virtual directories under default web site
which is installed automatically. You will be able to recover default
configuration by reinstalling the service.
If you use IIS, you should know what dirs you need for your site and how to
restore them.
