When I scrolling through a window, the computer moves
very slow. I feel like it's not my processing speed nor
too low amount of RAM because my processor speed is 2.4
GHz and I have 1 Gig RAM. It is very annoying to have
that much speed and take forever to drag the scroll to
see the bottom of the page.

This can be the result of bad or mismatched video card drivers because the
screen takes to long to refresh. Check the vendors website for updated
drivers.
