We have Outlook 2000 and are having problems with viewing
email from one particular client.

This usually happens when the client is replying to our
email. When it arrives, it is usually several hours than
the time on the sent email. Then, when viewing it in
Outlook, we can only see our original email (not the
response to it). We have to close the email and then open
it again to be able to see the response. We've tried
different views but still have the same problem.

Since this is happening from only one client, could it be
something on their end? Or, is it a setting in our
Outlook that we need to change?

Thanks.

Well views have nothing to do with this. Views controls the layout of the
message list not of the message itself.

Is this a HTML message or a Plain Text message. In the case of HTML make
sure your Internet Explorer is fully up to date.
