When I try to open Outlook I get this message and I can't find the Repair
tool...
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. Errors have been detected in the file C:\Documents
and Settings\Al\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst. Quit all mail-enabled applications, and
then use the Inbox Repair Tool.

In Win95 or Win98
<CD drive>:\tools\oldwin95\message\us\wms.exe

In Windows 2000, you can locate these programs in the following folder:
<CD drive>:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\NT\Scanpst.exe
