I am using Access to connect to an external ODBC Relational Database, which
contains many tables and many complex relationships. I need to know if there
is a way to not only import the data tables, but to also import the

No.
There is no built in tool to do this.

It may be possible to write code to read the meta data from the other DB and
then write more code to implement it in Access. Never tried it.
