I am having quite a bit of trouble doing something I thought was simple! The first message I got during the process is "the first row contains some data that can't be used for valid Access field names". What does Access consider valid field names?...the field name it is rejecting is "AMPS AFTER"...I don't see that as an error in naming.
The 2nd "error" message I got was "the connection for viewing your linked Microsoft Excel worksheet was lost". What the heck does that mean?!
Any help would be much appreciated!!
