import local folders, rules - filters, mail account settings

Hi,
I upgraded to outlook 2003. I need to access outlook 2002 (sp3) information
such as imap account settings, message rules and local folders in outlook
2003. i can open .pst file but it displays imap folders not the local folders
that i created for filter purposes.
