Does anyone know what the image property "simple summary" notes are good
for? It appears that the "advanced" summary notes are EXIF files but they
don't show-up in any other image application.???? Clearly the "simple" notes
you can add are not IPTC notes, in that they aren't read by any other
viewing applications like Exifer.

If they aren't embedded in the file and available for web page notes or for
photo information for albums, etc., what are they good for?
